Muesli Energy Bites

Muesli Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup The Millet Way Multi Millet Muesli Mix
  • 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried fruits (such as dates, apricots, raisins)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, cashews)
  • Optional: shredded coconut for coating

Instructions:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Multi Millet Muesli Mix with chopped dried fruits and nuts.
  • Add almond butter or peanut butter and honey or maple syrup to the bowl. Mix until everything is well combined and forms a sticky mixture.
  • Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up slightly.
  • Once chilled, use your hands to roll the mixture into bite-sized balls or bars.
  • If desired, sprinkle shredded coconut for added texture and flavor.
  • Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least one hour to set.
  • Once set, transfer the energy bites to an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for up to one week.
