Ingredients:
- 1 packet The Millet Way Multi Millet Fusilli Pasta
- Assorted vegetables (bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, spinach, etc.)
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook the Multi Millet Fusilli Pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add assorted vegetables to the pan and cook until they are tender.
- Pour heavy cream into the pan and bring it to a simmer.
- Add cooked Multi Millet Fusilli Pasta to the pan and toss everything together until well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
