Creamy Millet Pasta Primavera

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet The Millet Way Multi Millet Fusilli Pasta
  • Assorted vegetables (bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, spinach, etc.)
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions:

  • Cook the Multi Millet Fusilli Pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add assorted vegetables to the pan and cook until they are tender.
  • Pour heavy cream into the pan and bring it to a simmer.
  • Add cooked Multi Millet Fusilli Pasta to the pan and toss everything together until well coated.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  • Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
