Stir-Fried Millet Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet The Millet Way Multi Millet Hakka Noodles
  • Assorted vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, etc.)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 small piece of ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions:

  • Cook the Multi Millet Noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add assorted vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until they are tender yet crisp.
  • Add cooked Multi Millet Noodles to the pan along with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well combined.
  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions if desired and serve hot.
