Ingredients:
- 1 packet The Millet Way Multi Millet Hakka Noodles
- Assorted vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, etc.)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small piece of ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook the Multi Millet Noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add assorted vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until they are tender yet crisp.
- Add cooked Multi Millet Noodles to the pan along with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Garnish with sliced green onions if desired and serve hot.
